Every property comes complete with a fireplace with working chimney, a choice of pre-installation for central heating or air conditioning, one double built in wardrobe, a choice of a gas or electric 90ltr water heater and a sink in the utility room.
Mains water and electric (5,750 watts) is included with all of our properties and telephone sockets are also added as standard.
We have a wide selection of floor and wall tiles to choose from in a range of styles and colours.
Changes can be made, within reason, to the interior of the property, something which makes all of our houses unique, and we will help and give advice on modifications, allowing it to be a stress free part of purchasing your property.
